Repurpose me! - Papírguriga dobozkák

Az megvan, amikor általános iskolában a tanító néni azt mondja, hogy 'akkor most újrahasznosítunk, hozzatok papírgurigát következő órára és ceruzatartó lesz belőle'? Nekünk legalábbis ez évente (ha nem félévente) program volt. Pedig mennyi minden más egyszerű dolgot is lehetne belőle készíteni! A falunkra már elkezdtem egy amolyan papírguriga-virágmezőt gyártani (ha kész lesz, ezt is megmutatom), egyébiránt pedig itt találtok még 11 másik ötletet másoktól, hogy mit lehet készíteni belőle :)

Did you have it in primary school as well? When the teacher comes in on crafting class saying 'so now we will repurpose paper rolls, so next week we are gonna make pencil holders'? At least in our school it was project we repeated every year (if not half a year). There are so many other good ways to use paper rolls! I already started making a flower field for our wall (when it's done I might show it off), and also, there are these other 11 ways you can recycle rolls, if you are still eager to see more after this post. :)

Ehhez az ötlethez a következőkre lesz szükséged:

• papírguriga
• festék, ecset, víz, vagy
• színes papírok, papír ragasztó, vagy
• papír tortaalátét

Things you need for these tiny pillow boxes:

• paper roll
• paint, brush, water, or
• color papers, paper glue, or
• paper doilies

Első lépésben, fesd be a papírgurigáidat a színre, amit szeretnél. Amikor már szárad, de nem teljesen száraz, lapítsd ki, hajts be kb. 1 cm-nyit mind a két oldalon, ez fog segíteni a tényleges forma kialakításában. Fess rá még pár réteget, hogy ne látszódjon a gurigán lévő ragasztás (amit az utolsó képen láthattok még). Ennek valószínűleg egyszerűbb módja, ha színes papírral feditek be az egész dobozkát - ehhez (vagy a színes papír nélkül is szép lenne szerintem) még adhattok papír csipkét, amit legegyszerűbben papír tortaalátét széléről lehet levágni. :) Kész is vagy! Gyors és egyszerű! Azt nem mondom, hogy eljegyzési gyűrű értékű ajándékok csomagolására jó, de kisebb dolgok tárolására kiváló (én például fürdősót tárolok bennük).

The first step is to paint the rolls in the color you want. When it dries but not completely dried yet, flatten it, then fold it approximately 1 cm from the edges, this will help you later, when you want to form the box shape. Paint some more layers to get rid of the signs of glue on the paper (you can still see on my last photo). Probably easier to just put colored papers on your boxes - to this you can even add paper doily edges to get some vintage feeling to it. :) You are done! Quick and easy. :) I'm not saying it would be a great box for an engagement ring, but you can use it to give tiny things or to store small objects (I personally use them for storing my bath salts).
